STEP 1
Temperature Resistance
Our PPS filter bags are designed to operate continuously at temperatures up to 240°C, providing reliable filtration in high-temperature processes without material degradation.

PPS pleated membrane filter bags use polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) needle-punched felt as the base material, combined with a PTFE microporous membrane and a pleated structural design, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and highly efficient surface filtration characteristics.
PPS pleated membrane filter bags use polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) needle-punched felt as the base material, combined with a PTFE microporous membrane and a pleated structural design, offering excellent high-temperature resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and highly efficient surface filtration characteristics. Their continuous operating temperature typically ranges from 160 to 190°C, with a short-term temperature resistance of up to 190–232°C. They are suitable for harsh operating conditions such as sulfur-containing flue gas, high humidity, or acid and alkali corrosion. Additionally, the pleated structure increases the filtration area by approximately 50%–150% compared to traditional round bags, effectively reducing operating pressure drop and energy consumption. This product is primarily used in dust control applications involving high-temperature, sulfur-containing flue gas, such as in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, fluidized bed systems, cement kilns, and chemical and metallurgical processes.
