Why Choose Glass Fiber Needle-Punched Felt Filter Bags?

The glass fiber needle-punched felt produced by our company is made from alkali-free glass fiber staple fibers and base fabric conforming to the national standard 12.5# yarn, and is manufactured using a single-step double-faced forming process. It is a filter material specifically designed for high-temperature applications.

Glass fiber needle-punched felt is a high-temperature filtration material with a rational structure and excellent performance. It possesses the advantages of glass fiber fabrics, including high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, minimal elongation and shrinkage, and high strength. The fibers in the felt layer form a three-dimensional microporous structure, resulting in high porosity and low gas filtration resistance, making it a high-speed, high-efficiency high-temperature filtration material. Compared to other high-temperature synthetic fiber felts, it is more affordable and withstands higher temperatures; however, its operating resistance is higher than that of general synthetic fiber high-temperature filter media, and its filtration precision is slightly lower.

This product can be widely used for high-temperature flue gas filtration in industrial furnaces and kilns in the chemical, steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, and cement industries, and is compatible with various baghouse dust collectors that use pulse-jet or high-speed reverse-jet cleaning systems.

Key Technical Attributes

STEP 1

High-Temperature Filtration

These filter bags are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260°C, making them suitable for applications in high-temperature industrial processes where standard materials would degrade.

STEP 2

Chemical Resistance

Resistant to alkalis and weak acids, these bags maintain their structural integrity even when exposed to aggressive chemicals, reducing the risk of filter failure and extending the service life.

STEP 3

Efficient Particulate Capture

The dense structure of the needle-punched felt ensures high efficiency in capturing fine particles, contributing to cleaner emissions and improved environmental compliance.

STEP 4

Standard Size for Versatility

With a standard 130mm diameter and 2000mm length, these bags are compatible with a wide range of filtration systems, providing a flexible solution for various industrial applications.
