The dust collector for the 280-metric-ton coal-fired boiler employs a low-pressure pulse-jet, compartmentalized, offline cleaning process, which features low cleaning pressure and low energy consumption. The long filter bag design meets the boiler’s high-airflow flue gas treatment requirements and supports offline maintenance of individual compartments without requiring a complete shutdown of the unit; PPS and PTFE composite filter media are available, offering high-temperature resistance, acid corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, enabling effective capture of fine ash particles in coal-fired flue gas; Suitable for flue gas dust removal in 280 t/h coal-fired steam boilers, it adapts to operating conditions involving load fluctuations and variations in sulfur oxide and dust concentrations in the flue gas.
Typically installed between denitrification and desulfurization systems, it reliably ensures compliance with ultra-low dust emission standards.
